Description

The ever multipurpose cinnamon oil is obtained from the cinnamon bark through the steam distillation process. The aroma of this oil is sweet and has calming effects which will soothe the mind and body immediately. For the past years, it has been in the traditional Ayurveda due to its medicinal uses for the diseases such as cramps, cold, flu, and diarrhea. 

Uses

  • For supporting the immune system put 2 drops of this oil in veggie caps
  • For supporting the pancreatic health use 1 to 2 drops of this oil either in empty veggie caps or in diluted ones on the abdomen
  • For getting the soothing effect on throat add 1 drop of oil in tea or hot water and consume it slowly
  • Put 1 drop of oil on toothbrush and then apply toothpaste on it
  • It can be applied to the cold and achy joints during winters by diluting it in equal portion with carrier oil

    Directions to use

  • Topical use: Cinnamon oil has to be diluted with the carrier oils and should be used on the skin
  • Precautions

    Always use this oil in the diluted form.It is not suitable for kids under 6 years and for kids above 6 years, it should be highly diluted. If it is used repeatedly and in the undiluted form, it will cause skin sensitization. It has to be diffused with caution otherwise it might irritate the nasal passages.A patch test is recommended.
