Different ways of using Essential Oils –
1 Direct Inhalation
Inhaling directly, rubbing of 1-2 drops of Essential Oil in the palms and inhaling also applying behind ears, also bottom of the feet, wrists, below the tongue, Vicks point, back of neck (below hair line), Seven Chakra spots.
2 Diffusing
Diffusing by pouring 3-4 drops of Essential of your interest in water using Diffuser. This will fill in the natural goodness in the house and also purifies the air.
Essential Oils are full of antioxidants, minerals, Frequency, and lots of Oxygenating molecules. Once we smell it releases lots of antibodies, they de intoxicate us, rejuvenate, make us more immune to surroundings
3 Bathing
Using Essential oils in Bathing by mixing with salts or milk or sesame oils as this will help to dissolve the oils in water. Otherwise, oils will stay as drops and will be poured upon like drops
4 Massage
Using 1 - 2 drops of the Essential Oil in a carrier oil and massage in any area of the body which requires some attention.
Also apply Essential Oil (2 drops) directly on the reflex points of the body (Ears, Behind ears, Wrists, Brain, Palms, Backbone, Neck, Vicks point, Below the 7th Chakra)
5 Compress
Using mix of Essential Oil in hot water with water soaked in it and wrap on the wound or muscle where you need to use it
